How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one business day and delivered in 3 to 5 business days with tracking.
Can I return a book?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the book is in the condition you received it.
How do I get my refund?
Once we receive and check the returned book, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Are these the latest editions?
Yes. Each product page states the edition, author and publisher so you know exactly what you are ordering.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Contact us at Contact@alvorae.shop with your address before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver and at what cost.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund in full.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
