Refund & Return Policy

Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in the condition you received them: unmarked, unwritten-in, with any shrink wrap or seal intact where applicable.

How to start a return

• Email Contact@alvorae.shop with your order number and the title you wish to return.
• We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
• Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving those instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we approve or decline the refund and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the money may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping costs

• If the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not the item you ordered, we pay return shipping in full.
• For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is paid by the customer. The original delivery charge, if any, is not refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we will confirm the cancellation and refund in full.

Non-returnable items

Digital downloads that have already been accessed, and books that have been written in, marked, or damaged after delivery, cannot be returned.
