Terms of Service

1. About us

This website is operated by Alvorae, 610 Pioneer Ave, Riverton, WY 82501, United States. Contact: Contact@alvorae.shop, +1 307 856 4782. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each title as accurately as we can, including edition, author and publisher. Cover images are representative; publishers occasionally update artwork without notice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. The total you see at checkout, including shipping and any tax, is the amount charged. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor; we do not store your card details. If a price is displayed in error we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or if payment cannot be verified, and we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, layout and text are owned by Alvorae or its licensors. Book content is owned by the respective authors and publishers. Reproduction or resale of digital editions is not permitted.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, or scrape content for commercial purposes.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Questions: Contact@alvorae.shop.
