Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time

Orders are checked and prepared within one business day of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery time

• Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Every shipment includes a tracking number, emailed to you when the parcel leaves us.
• Digital editions, where offered, are emailed within 1 hour of payment.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Any applicable taxes and duties are also shown at checkout so the amount you confirm is the amount you are charged.

Delivery area

We ship across the United States. If your address is outside our standard delivery area, contact us at Contact@alvorae.shop before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver and what it costs.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking number in your dispatch email to follow the parcel. If tracking has not updated for 3 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs and incorrect addresses can delay delivery. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, we will either resend the order or refund it in full.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment; a second shipping charge may apply.
